How about we want to leave the club but we will still remain friends with many of the members and have our own events and relationships as we see fit.

But the club says no you cannot be friends with anyone still in the club.

Have you ever watched spoiled children playing?

Whoa. Bit hard on the fella. Anyway, no doubt when he gets to work later at the Elemis booth at Heathrow, once he's cleaned the seats down he may get a chance to respond.

Canadians are getting access to free movement? When did that happen?!

Care to inform the group how many years came to pass before an agreement was successful?

Would that be anything like leaving the club and then having a tantrum because they won't let you have the same benefits as when you were a member so then threatening them?
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

How many people here would still go ahead and join that Club?

A simple YES, I would still join up, or a NO, I would tell them where to stick their Membership will do.
What is even more obvious in the last couple of days is that the Remnants know how stupid their real answers are, so instead they just avoid answering.

Of course no one would join. But instead of saying so we get yet more moronic comments about having your cake and eating it. (Or putting greens).

This is the same as counting with the egg in chicken's ass.

              Seems reasonable to me
But you forget that the owner of that club also still wants to access our club (and use it more often). So in the grown up world we would make an agreement that we would each use each others courses free of charge, maybe subject to availability.

Unfortunately in the EU / CUK Remnant world, common sense goes out of the window and access to their course is not only dependent upon access to our course but also to our wives and daughters.

No wonder we look down on them with absolute contempt.

No more moronic than 'Brexit is Brexit' or 'red, white and blue Brexit' but then again, 'have your cake and eat it' was actually coined by a Brexiter:

The handwritten notes, carried by an aide to Conservative MP Mark Field, included "what's the model? Have your cake and eat it" and "unlikely" in reference to the EU single market.
                How moronic is that

Could be true, but it's also counting with the egg in the chicken's ass.

I think there is a pattern among the Brexiters.

Canadians get 'free' trade access without the FOM tulip.

It took many years for the agreement to be successful. Many many years. Because the EU is useless! Bloody useless!

                      Poor ickle snowflake.
You can't blame the club. Part of choosing to leave it is about accepting responsibility for your actions and the repercussions of those actions.
Wow.....that is a pretty powerful argument........but only had a different question been asked.

Sadly, it is in no way relevant to the original question I posed. Yet again you have opted to try and alter the question to somehow fit the answer YOU are itching to post.

                      Doesn't work, do you see?

Your attention deficit syndrome is becoming more pronounced with every passing week.

Now scroll back up and attempt to answer the original question that I posed or, conversely, thrash around and try and find a thread where the answers you want to give can actually be legitimately used, there's a good fellow.

Try and remain focused.....I know it must be difficult.
