Ha,

Had an agency phone me about a permie position. I said "no thanks I'm looking for contract work so dont want to apply for it". They even asked me to change my CV and include some other skills in the main portion...I didnt do this or send the an updated CV.

Today I get a phone call from same agent...."they've had a look at your CV and they dont want to invite you for a interview so I wont be taking it any further..."

Erm....I didnt want it taking any further as I didnt ask for my details to be put forward. Flippin monkeys.

Marvellous. The one occasion when the candidate couldn't give a toss, and they phone back with an update. You couldn't make it up.
