    Well intially I'd come to a safe and controlled stop in a safe place, put the hazards on then go an' put the warning triangle 50 m behind.

    Then you'd think that one would swap with the spare, but, apart from getting ones hands dirty, what to do with the wheel you've just taken off? It won't fit in the gap now vacated by the "space saver" and won't fit in the passenger seat, guessing that is, you'd be the sort short of a passenger.

    So me, I'd phone Dansk Autohjælp and get them to take us to the dealer, and phone the dealer warning them I'm coming.
