Apparently cases are on the increase and despite the best efforts of the 'vitamin supplement' lobby who claim it's lack of vitamin 'D' it's actually due to feeding your Kids semi-skimmed and skimmed milk. Calcium uses the fat as the vector to get into growing bodies.
