I use the MS health app to build a routine and download to a band. I've also tried a few other apps.
The problem I've found is matching exercises to the machines available at my Gym. Often you just try to find something which is the best fit. Also, if you setup a routine often its a problem if you do the routine out of step.

It is great that you are going to the gym etc. but be aware of paralysis by analysis. It is easy to end up spending so much time decided on exactly what you should do and how you should do it that you end up not consistently training!
This is probably obvious but I find my subconscious is really good at giving me reasons not to train or to not train hard etc.Comment
