He's said he won't, and 80 Conservative Brexit MPs have said they would support him staying. If he does stay, I'm sure he'll spend the next two years of negotiating the exit ensuring that things he views as key benefits to Britain will remain in place - freedom of movement, trade agreements...Down with racism.
