There'll not be one. But SNP will blackmail spineless Westminster PM for more powers;-)"Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience". Mark Twain -
Of course they wouldn't. I'm starting a petition to get the English and Welsh a vote on the Scottish.Originally posted by bobspud View PostTo be fair they didn't do it on purpose. They just totally underestimated the willingness of over half the UK to say:To hell with this I'm done.
More interesting is the question: would Scotland even still be part of the U.K. If the English were also asked if we wanted to let them stay

What would be funny would be IndyRef 2 and the Scots voting to stay in.

oh dear: 59% support Scottish independence after Brexit vote
"NEARLY six in 10 Scots have said they would vote Yes in a second independence referendum.
In a clear reflection of the growing backlash north of the Border to Thursday’s Brexit result, a new survey for The Sunday Post shows that 59% of Scots now back leaving the UK.
The poll was carried out just hours after the EU result was confirmed and offers a boost to First Minister Nicola Sturgeon who has dramatically put the prospect of another independence vote back on the table."

Can't blame them - being in EU is a material part of the deal which Camoron highlighted to swing the argument and now it's England/Wales that are taking Scotland out of EU.
This Brexit madness should be stopped by the Parliament.Comment

The power, the future of the UK is now in Nicola's hands. How the hell did that happen?!
Since no one in Westminster is man enough for the job they should close the place and manage the UK from Holyrood instead."Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience". Mark TwainComment

The pollsters get it wrong about Brexit. And were wrong about the last election.
Pseudo religious voodoo stuff.

Good plan. They could turn Westminster into flats and flog them to the Chinese and Russians.Originally posted by scooterscot View PostThe power, the future of the UK is now in Nicola's hands. How the hell did that happen?!

Apart from Cliphead, who we will continue to treasure, the only Scot who seems to be stressing on here has already made the decision to bugger off from there and live elsewhere.
