        Funny how perm employers like to add up all the perks. Pension, shares maybe. Paid Holidays - hardly a perk is it?

        Best one I saw - laptop and mobile phone as a benefit. WTF. You want to give me as a business tool but its a perk. Thank you I can afford my own mobile and lappie.

            That used to be so common .... offering a laptop as a "benefit". It's not like it was your laptop and you could do what you wanted with it!

            As for the mobile phone .... well I doubt they'd be too happy if you were making excessive personal calls on it either!.

                  The only perks I've ever had in Permiedom were health insurance, the main effect of which was to flip up my tax code as they tried to recover the BIK, and death in service insurance which does me no good at all.
                  Will work inside IR35. Or for food.
