With brexit you have no guarantees just mumbling of some Nigels. Who can guarantee you you will get any trade deals whatsoever. Why wouldnt you negotiate them now? I know poland has created few trade deals with china and want to focus on it. Nothing is stopping you so stop lying.

There's no guarantee of what we will be doing if we stay inside. Other than losing yet more control. That is for certain.

I agree with your first point, but I'm not sure how you reconcile the second point with Scotland (very low net immigration, very high Remain vote), London (very high immigration, reasonably strong Remain vote) or, indeed, parts of the East Coast of England (very high immigration, very high Leave Vote). No, the only demographic correlation is with age and social status/education, not much else (and most geographic divisions stem from the latter).
