I'm voting Brexit because..

* I want cheaper house prices

* EU migrants benefit disproportionately from us being in the EU, how many people come here to work vs how many people from the UK go to work in other EU member states?

* Our economy is weighted too heavily towards financial services, we need it to be rebalanced so if a few financial services jobs are lost then that is good

* We will be in a good position to secure a better trade deal with the EU, they need us

* Nobody is going to up sticks and leave overnight, so it will have little impact on people that have already come, but it may discourage unskilled migrants from coming in the future
