The Foreign aid budget is currently £12billion.
Gideon claims he'll needs to make £30billion 'ultra emergency' cuts in the event of a 'Brexit'

In such an 'ultra emergency', to retain even a penny of that foreign aid expenditure
at the expense of savaging cuts to UK NHS, schools, pensions and defence would be an act of
gross incompetence, gross negligence and arguably treason.

I agree with your analogy on the domestic abuse though. The more likely we are to leave the more angry and threatening the partner is becoming.

Insecurity on the Remain side. Maybe they should get counselling for their problems?
Sorry the Exit was supposed to be remain... Changed it now.

The UK kept up foreign aid through the 2008 recession I believe, and has ever since through years of austerity. According to you Balls and Osbourne would both be locked up in The Tower already. Whilst that's an appealing idea it's unfortunately not reality.

If we're having to slash foreign aid just to keep the lights on post Brexit then that really proves how bad an idea Brexit is. How about we don't choose to ruin the economy and therefore don't have to slash anything? Just a thought.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

Labour has now said it would be the wrong budget to do.

57 Tory MPs have said they wouldn't support it.

So that's Gideon out of a job.

Remain camp really are on a downward spiral now. It's gone from "doom and gloom", to "doom and gloom and threats". Not long ago DC was saying we'd manage fine outside the EU.

The UK population won't respond well at all to these threats, as they're mainly coming from Hamface and Gideot who are equally despised and have zero charisma when giving speeches.

Say what you want about Boris, Farage and the rest of the Exit camp but they have a much better, believable and passionate stage presence. DC and Osborne just look like a desperate sweaty pig and a puppet for a sidekick.

Did someone say Juncker and Merkel are going to come over this week and stick his oar in? That truly would be the final nail in the coffin of the Remain campaign, bring it on.

                Thursday June 23rd 2016 - The day the U.K., said "F.U.", to the "E.U."

Followed shortly after by a vote of no confidence in DC, quick leadership contest to put Boris in, followed by a bonfire reshuffle of all the Pro-EU lot who's retirement now doesn't include the EU gravy train.

Err, surely that's Hamface's job, as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, to have a plan in place in the event we leave the EU? His Civil Cervants should be all over this.

What's he gonna do, just stand there going "Well, I didn't see that one coming, what do we do now?"
