Remember you need to quantify the deceleration of the ball and the wheel (which is travelling in the opposite direction). Would like to see someone come up with a way of gathering the information, predicting the outcome and placing bets in the short time it takes to spin the wheel.

Panorama did a piece on it back in the 90s.i have the video tape as my final year dissertation was on the mathematics of gambling and I covered this.

Back then the kit was bigger, and the giveaway was they all rushed in after the ball had started rolling to place a bet. Same now.

Jesus. Having now read the article, that story is over 20 years old. Same guy as the video.

Also some right dumb comments on it.

Good luck using maths to predict when and how often the croupier will apply the brake to slow the wheel down a tad once the ball is released.

Next challenge, seducing the croupier so she keeps her foot off the brake to give your 'system' a chance. Good luck with that one too. They don't tend to go for rain man.
Maybe tomorrow, I'll want to settle down. Until tomorrow, I'll just keep moving on.

Now all you clever people, come up with a hidden camera, pocket computer and the software to make some money....

              Vegas, here I come!
It's Bs if you go in a casino and watch the tables for hours you will see that ball hit the housing of each number and ping to the other side of the wheel many times.

On the other hand I used the computer betting terminal to watch all 8 tables and place bets when the croupier was hitting neighbours in quick succession.

I used to win every time doing that, but then greed takes over, so a certain amount of discipline is needed.

Most I won was 7k in one day

That's the point. If it doesn't hit the 'housing' then it doesn't go into a random spin. In this case if using physics it removes half the wheel, then you have the ability to tip the odds in your favour. In this case 3%

So you'd have to play all night, looking like a last minute jumping in.goon to even make it work. Unlikely.

That's why you play on the terminal. You can watch a good croupier apply the same amount of force to spinning the wheel and the ball.

I just used to sit and watch and wait.

                  It works.

Just leave when you make 500 and repeat the next time

It's not going to work on a terminal is it. That is completely random and the ball doesn't start rolling until you press go.

(Unless you mean you watch from a casino terminal of a live spin???)
