    Vienna comes out 1st.

Parents emigrated there when I was small. Old man hated it. Freezing cold, unfriendly locals. This was the early 70s mind - Edmonton, Alberta.

Came home a few years later (after having divorced mind!).

How odd my friends who have emigrated there say people are very friendly just like they are in Scotland.

However while the summers are pleasant, in winter it is apparently damn cold.

            Thoughts?
            Will they let you in?
            Do you like the cold?
Why worry about the cold, when you can just start a few fires?

Sorry, I did not mean to hurt your feelings here. It is just the ignorance of the fact that you had your eyes on him.

I will go for the ladies.

                    Thanks, Regards and best wishes,

He tells me a lot of the people he worked with did not like the "English" coming over and taking their jobs. They also had a thing for English being lazy.

To be honest, he was more upset about being called English.
