And that is the luxury I am aiming for.
I have this conversation with my self frequently, particularly as I grow older. We have no kids so why live this rat on a wheel lifestyle. We have two properties (mortgages on). I'm figuring over time, we'll sell one place and pay off the other. Take things a bit easier. There's a real danger we plan for something we may never see. Only this year three people I know have passed in their early/mid 50's. You never know.Comment

I too know quite a few people who planned a fantastic retirement for their 60's who died in their 50's.Comment
