No, are you referring to bribes (international aid) that UK defense industry was using to sell stuff to 3rd world countries or something entirely different?

Crime like fraud, murders happen in every country, it's not same as corruption - it would be corruption if it is possible to pay off court or prosecution not avoid goong to jail, or police when it stops you drunk or tax office to close eyes on tax evasion - this sort of thing does not happen in this country - on a systemic level.
