What sort of deals?
What have we got to sell that China and India would want?
Is he aware the Chinese economy isn't very healthy at the moment?
Is he aware that 3/4 of Indians are still desperately poor and live at subsistence level?
More wishful thinking in the Brexit cloud-cuckoo land.
The fact is just about every economy is currently in the doldrums, but many are doing a lot better relatively speaking than EU countries. So why should be tied to the latter?
Also, 3/4 of Indians may be poor but that still leaves 1/4, i.e. getting on for 300 million, who aren't.Work in the public sector? Read the IR35 FAQ hereComment

They've got massive problems not least a GDP/Debpt ratio of 260%.
The Chinese economy is about to unravel.

As for India, the proportion of population who have a Western standard of living is miniscule, 50 million at most.Last edited by sasguru; 11 May 2016, 12:08.Hard Brexit now!
