Bench looms in 3 weeks. Go-Live today. Dress Rehearsal was a spectacular failure and I'm still running it. Although the lines between dress rehearsal and Go-Live are now pretty blurred.

This is the first migration I've been on that has failed.
The data migration I delivered in Germany was ten times the size of this and went in first time, with 0 defects.

I've run countless migrations very successfully.
