        I would recommend it, but not Basel itself, rather one of the surrounding communities in Baselland. Binningen and Alresheim have the lowest taxation. The Basel area has the same average temperature as London, but gets rather hotter and colder. It also has the same rainfall, but it considerably more sunny - it's the sunniest part of Switzerland. Basel mixes better with expats than Zürich - were there are Swiss only and expat only bars.
