You set up your main company in Delaware, Luxembourg, Ireland or similar.

The other companies are all franchises of this main company so have to pay the main company for buying the goods needed, for the rights of using the name, etc. They therefore make no or very little profit.

There is a reason why big companies like Google, Apple etc pay full taxes in USA and IRS only lets them off with profits made outside of USA as long as they don't move onshore...

They could have chosen to hire competent people to run the country in efficient manner without waste to enable reductions of taxes for ALL, including themselves, yet their choice is to hike taxes to fook us over whilst they are using offshores, flipping and bunch of other tricks we'll know about in 60 years
