I guess we need to get to the root cause and solve that problem decisively. But the hand wringing liberals aren't going to like it.

If it's all stemming from the caliphate, then a UN taskforce should take the land back. No caliphate, no call to arms/legitimate gathering point. How long, though, before Somalia or somewhere similar becomes home to ISIS if that happens?
