I am in a PS contract. 1 day in office, 4 days from home. I have control over my time, right of substitution etc. Except for security related things I use my own equipment. They ran my details through the ESI test on the gov.uk site last week (in prep for this?). It gave a result of "self employed", so they log that and don't have to do anything else.Comment
