      Director is responsible for day to day management of the business. Make it part of their job description. Accounts, finances, tax returns etc.

                I am in a PS contract. 1 day in office, 4 days from home. I have control over my time, right of substitution etc. Except for security related things I use my own equipment. They ran my details through the ESI test on the gov.uk site last week (in prep for this?). It gave a result of "self employed", so they log that and don't have to do anything else.

                      That was until today, now you are going to have to pay full PAYE and NI.
