Some of the things we let off could have brought down small aircraft. Almost certainly illegal, potentially lethal and great fun

    One year we had compaints from the gas board that the flaming debris was landing in their local storage depot half a mile away!
    I'm suprised Bonfire Night is still allowed- the thought of burning a Roman Catholic & celebrating the act must be against some human rights bollox or other
    How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think
