My current dilemma is JAL v BA to Tokyo next month. Nice of ClientCo to go for J tickets.

It is not a dilemma, JAL every time in J on that route. Unless your thing is eye balling a complete stranger with BA's ying-yang J configuration.

So, a muppet who hasn't checked in arrives late at the airport with one hour 5 minutes before the flight and voluntarily chooses to park in a car park that is over 15 minutes by bus away, believing that 40 minutes is enough time to check in, clear security and get to the gate.


This is the kind of muppet that delays flights, or at least blames others for his own ineptitude.

Well I'd judge according to whether or not they make the flight. Some people like a little excitement to go with the mundane!

Yup you noticed. This is a perk of a Premier card, which has to be authorised by Willy Walsh, and is only given to people whose spend or signoff catches the board's attention, or celebrities.

I am sure MF got the full experience of being subtly approached when walking into LGW and being asked the magic words "may I be of assistance?" and a special services business card being handed to him.
