The West can and should use real sanctions - embargo on oil sales, turn off SWIFT payments, start arresting rich friends of Putin who bought EPL football clubs.
Also, very important to help Ukrainian Army get lethal weapons - anti-tank equipment is very much necessary as Putin put more tanks into Donbass than UK, German and France got combined.Comment

Russia was flying bombers around Britain for many years now, and recently they simulated nuclear attack on Sweden (neutral country).
