West could and should have stopped Putin 16 years ago when he was turning Chechen capital city into this -
Litvinenko died 10 years ago from nuclear poisoning, yet UK Govt did everything it could to stop investigation - his widow had to borrow money against her very small house to risk it all in High Court and make Home Office provide evidence, even now that the report said that Putin was likely to be involved absolutely nothing was done.
Back in 90s I could not understand how West was so stupid with Hitler, but not it's obvious.Comment
