I'd say go to Belgo Centraal and hop in a cab if need be, or stroll down.
All the pre show clutter restaurants have no pause between courses. It is not a pleasant eating experience.Comment

Gf chef and I went to "L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon" 2 weeks ago in between seeing 'Miss Saigon' and 'War horse'. Both shows and the food were superb. You will need to book in advance for the restaurant though, definitely worth it. Outstanding food.The proud owner of 125 Xeno Geek PointsComment

Apparently the missus and I were the only people who ever had the full tasting menu for lunch and then asked for an additional cheese course each.
