      Certainly is. There was a documentary on the subject not so long ago.

      The particular case was of this chap who learned to play the violin after a heart transplant. Never before in his life did the desire to play a musical instrument enter his mind. It was only after some time came to pass they realised the donor learned to play since a child.

      Creepy, eh?

      There's other stories similar, becoming an artist etc.

          Damn that is creepy. At least there's a basis for those horror films where the recipient of a hand transplant from a recently executed killer becomes a serial killer themselves...
