    I know Tesco is doing the same in Poland. Making millions and then Mother-Tesco sends an invoice for "Franchising" or whatever and profits are gone as it gets added as cost of running business.

      The government takes enough money from the private sector. it cannot even spend the money it gets efficiently so it is better in the hands of UBER
