Coinversely, the more people in contract the more boring and slow CUK becomes.

Really? Some of those skills are in high demand now which is why some of us get > 600 per day, just because of them One day everyone will move on and the skills that you have that people in the future will decry as redundant, will be in high demand.
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

So why the need to go outside the EU?
I believe there are 2 reasons, or at least 2 that I have observed. Firstly companies are using other EU IT bods but they're staying in their own country and working remotely and secondly, many of them now get a good salary for where they live so there is no reason for them to move.

So you're saying Suity and Psychocandy are the most interesting posters on CUK
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

Are their employees well paid? Or are they in need of a "self enriching" scheme under the careful patronage of DA?

I've been hearing a number of times now that the Polish I.T. market is on fire with poaching being practiced to the extent it was in India 10 years ago. Given the people that have come up with this I have no doubt to believe it true.

Maybe the smart young Poles have decided there are better ways to live than being an underpaid slave living 10 to a slum in London. Good for them I say.
