Is this website a Scottish Tourist Board venture? Only they also have this article: BBC - Capital - Is this the world's friendliest city?“Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.”Comment

Far, far too long, I can't be bothered to read the advertising hogwash spouted by a Scot who's so proud of his country he left years ago and lives in Germany.
Sorry, but the University Graduate numbers became utterly irrelevant as a result of the Blair era where it became possible to attend a renamed old college of FE for 20 minutes every other month and be issued with a double First in raffia knotting and baked bean colouring.Fifty-four per cent of the population is educated to university degree level, ranking it number one among British cities, said John Donnelly, chief executive of Marketing Edinburgh. London, with 49%, is its nearest rival, followed by Bristol at 44%.Comment
