Far, far too long, I can't be bothered to read the advertising hogwash spouted by a Scot who's so proud of his country he left years ago and lives in Germany.

Sorry, but the University Graduate numbers became utterly irrelevant as a result of the Blair era where it became possible to attend a renamed old college of FE for 20 minutes every other month and be issued with a double First in raffia knotting and baked bean colouring.
