A bloke at my current site uses two bonded ADSL lines.

I've met a couple who work from home using that so is a viable option.

Or move house.

There are lots of reports that internet connectivity is what people check first so you may have to sell to mature technically illiterate folk.

Have you thought of carrier pigeons ?
