You would be wrong in that view, I know more than a few military bods, some old soldiers who patrolled, lost friends and had to clean up the mess, I've heard quite a few negative opinions cast about Corbyns views on the IRA and other matters.Originally posted by minestrone View PostI very much doubt anyone in the military gives or would give two flying fooks about his views on the IRA.Comment

So who is...Originally posted by DodgyAgent View PostSo his facts are incorrect?
that is mentioned twice in the article? So what if he used parts of a speech that was written for, and declined, by Milliband. It might that Milliband declined it because it wasn't Tory enough for him yet fitted Corbyn's aim pretty well. In fact the article only talks about that, it doesn't say anything about the contents of the speech so its pretty much a worthless puff piece for airheads who have nothing better to do. I take it you're not into recycling then?under increased scrutiny today after Mr S’s colleague

Maybe if Milliband had used it, he might have got more votes :-)
“I sent it to team Corbyn as I have sent it to each and every Labour leader before him. I am very proud of that passage. I had no idea they were going to use it until today, but I am delighted that they have. “It is a very fine passage. I sent it by post two weeks ago, to the leader of the opposition’s office. I offered it to him as Labour leader, because I felt it was a passage applicable to anyone with the values of the Labour party.
“I also published it on my website, probably about four years ago. It may look like they took it from there but that isn’t the case and to say it was stolen or plagiarised is nonsense.”Last edited by darmstadt; 30 September 2015, 07:50.“Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.”Comment
