Ask stuff about the boiler, then pretend you know what they're on about when they answer.

    [Which is what I do]
Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

Both look lovely, no1 looks less shady so could be a fryer the summer depending on sun direction.

Because you are a simpering whining dullard. If you are on it I can only assume the credit must go down to your boomer parents helping your sorry ass by lending/giving you a hefty deposit.

If it looks like this, don't worry too much:

If it looks like this, maybe think twice!

I think the bigger more expensive house got North facing garden, I think because compass is missing on the plans... so question is - how bad North Garden can be?

Get a full building survey done: the Building Surveyor will not be looking at the place with “ohh I can see myself living here glasses” & give you an independent report.

Don’t get a “cheap” visual survey – these normally entail driving past at speed going yep there is a house there
Paying the extra for a full – lift the floor boards look in the loft type survey will highlight any major issues that may not be readily apparent

This link will let you find a Chartered Surveyor in your area.

This link will help you decide what type of survey you want
                  Growing old is mandatory
                  Growing up is optional
