Got an email to my company account this morning from an automated Clientco mailbox that my trips to Italy for the next month have been approved

The email had a link to an intranet link where I should book flights, hotels, taxis, hookers etc. On clicking the link (knowing what to expect), I get an error 'Not authorised'

Now where the feck is the contract?

What are other benchers upto?

Week Three. All is well.

I made the possibly misguided decision, after preparing the wife's salad and waving her off to work, to watch a bit of daytime tv (just a couple of Fraziers). Then the morning slipped by. I did some marking she had delegated to me, made a blancmange, planned a couple of meals , popped to the shop and next I shall start preparing dinner.

As mundane as all this undoubtedly sounds to you sexy go-getters right here right now I'm loving life in Chilltown.

Now if that isnt an euphemism I do not know what is.

In the office working on plan B. I did sprint plans yesterday so I have a nice easy day today.

Spending the morning pottering around the garden as it's a lovely sunny day. Doing a warm chicken & bacon salad for lunch & may have a glass of white to accompany that as the sun is out.

Then I'll probably go online to see if anything new has been added to the churn of SW contracts. I'm on my second week & it's been constant calls about the same 4 roles
