A few years ago you couldn't give away property in Cornwall (it was like a Wales only less welcoming). Now £3m for what looks like a pensioners cottage.

Just shows what a great investment UK property was/is/will always be.

You do get both properties though - looks ideal. Might have to have a nosy when I go down in June.

Complete waste of money. I would recommend this one. Beautiful views of the Humber and North Sea with the added bonus of a direct connection to Manchester Airport in only 3hrs20mins on a 2 carriage diesel Northern Rail train. 2P slot machines as well.
