thing is i don't think Sugar wants it to be like that. In the end one of them has to work for him. As he says there won't be some busty blonde outside waiting for you so you can cry and put your face in her bossom.
If it was that way they probably would get alot of the good talent.
I think that with all these shows they pick about 25% candidates who can do the job. The rest are just cannon foder to give the judges something to shoot at.
I think it is a shame as probably the best apprentice/x-factor/fame acadamy candidate probably never gets past the audition process.
I am not qualified to give the above advice!

Step back, have a think and adjust my own own attitude from time to time

You can bet the beeb's fee for AS more than covers the wages for the **** he ends up employing anyway.
"Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny. "
These people are complete muppets. How the fook they got on the show just shocks me. They have no talent whatsoever.
I cant understand how they got managerial and senior roles in companies before they came on the apprentice
As for the £100,000 a year salary, i wouldnt even pay these muppets national minimum wage!
Its rubbish anyway. Its a concept which now is dead just like big brother.
Next monday i'll watch Grand Designs on C4 as ussual!
Fook Alan Sugar
Fook The Apprentice
I FUKIN HATE THE FAT BLONDE ! She needs a slap.
Who does alan Sugar think he is anyway? I dont think the Apprentise is doing him any favours. If he wants an apprentice then he should pop down teh local job centre. I bet people in there got more talent than those muppets on the show.

"I rate myself as a talented individual with strong business acumen"
Young, feisty and driven this go-getting 23-year-old Glaswegian can speak five languages and is the youngest ever candidate on The Apprentice, and plans to be a millionaire by the time she's 30. In her previous job she was responsible for a turnover of £6million of services per annum and if she doesn't get the job with Sir Alan she wants to establish her own business in fashion.

Like the plod - getting younger every day...
How much talent can the dozzy cow have at 23?
She hasnt exactly done much.
Responsible for a turnover of £6mill at the age of 23?
Im assuming that she only must have graduated from uni at 22?
How does that work then?
And if she was responsible for a turnover of £6million, would that company be stupid enough to let her go like that? She would be under lock and key!!!
Its horse tulip.
And whats Alan Sugar going to teech her about fashion?
More Horse tulip.
On the basis of last night’s viewing, this could be the worst bunch yet. Stroppy, commercially naïve, over-opinionated. Sure it’s telly, but I got a sense this is what some of them behave like in the workplace, in which case I wouldn’t touch them. Unless they applied for teamaker.

These bastards piss me off.
I remember Badger was responsible for increasing turnover by millions, then it turned out she was a door to door saleswoman.
also Sayed ran businesses worth millions.
Badger was dishing out her wisdom on the bbc 2 prog last night. She really thinks she's a female John Harvey-Jones. Her website is class especially the "Don't waste out time and we won't waste yours" line!
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

"Highers" = school leaving certificates in Scotland, as A-levels are in England. Often taken at age 17.
Anyway, what does "responsible for a turnover of £6mill" mean? Not the same as "ran a 6m turnover business", I think.
It's only a game. Enjoy it for what it is. If any of them were any good they'd already be earning lots, or quietly climbing the ladder somewhere, not poncing about on TV with a high risk of ridicule and a 90% chance of being fired.
