    Key Points:

    - UK house prices rose by 0.3% in May

    - Annual house price growth moderated to 4.6% from 5.2% in April

      Just completed on 4 BTL in the last two weeks at a 70% LTV, with another 3 offers in place, which will take me to 9 in total by the start of July.

      Absolute no brainer.
      What happens in General, stays in General.

        Yep, we have a Tory govt, so yes, property is a no brainer. If prices look like they might fall, Call Me Dave will do a bung to all Tory voting property owners, courtesy of tax paying renters so sweeten the pill.

        Keep buying bricks n mortar, NEVER vote Labour, simples.

            I live in the back of beyond, and my house has increased in value about 30% since xmas having had it revalued, but generally prices are static where I Am

            Surveys don't account for massive variations at a local level
            Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

            No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.
