So is this MercladUK a genuine moron who really has no idea that Cojak was taking the piss or is it just a really poor quality sockie trying to put up an obfuscation front?

I'm voting complete moron at this point.

Avoiding paying tax is a legitimate action, as per ISA. When did I say ISA;'s will be made illegal?

      you should really know better.
They'll be coming for ISAs next. You mark my words.

Three years, no better off than IR35.

            That's my prediction.

              It seems likely.

Makes no odds which of the bunch of total idiots forms the next government, FLC's seem likely to be forced on us, it's just a case of how horrible the terms are.

Yup. That 5% for expenses; that'll be the salary/dividend mix. It's only fair.

I was thinking they would give an allowance on accountancy fees, but on reflection, probably not as this new entity will have different reporting requirements, probably simplified to 'how much did you bring in' and 'we'll take 22% of that plus another 18% for good measure' and that's if the tories get in. If it's labour, you'll be umbrella only for anyone working via an agency but on the upside, they'll probably try to give some meaningless 'rights'.

Yay, rights. I reckon IPSE will negotiate some good ones though, like 6% off at Argos.
