Is it fair to assume that you're sitting in front of your desktop eagerly pressing F5 whilst you're limpid rolls of pallid flesh spill over your adult nappy in anticipation of a reply to your last playground level witticism?Comment

What position is that, for it or against it as he seems to change depending upon who he is talking to and at what angle the moon isOriginally posted by Zero Liability View PostHe still can't even get Farage's position on the NHS right, nor the context in which he discussed an insurance-based system. Either duplicitous (most likely), or a moron (also possible.) If I were Farage I'd have asked him if he's turned on a TV in the past year or so, or even better, point to Labour's own actions and the positions of its peers in the HoL. Miliband really hasn't got a leg to stand on in this respect.

Yes debating ideas is a horrible thing. Fact of the matter is, the policies his party are taking into the election are quite clear; and if you want to accuse him of changing his mind, the others should be held to the same standard. Equally, their tenacious adherence to idiotic ideas should be viewed in the same dim light. He is certainly no less credible than any of the individuals he debated.Comment

And you just happen to be a UKIP supporter?Originally posted by saptastic View PostIs it me but I cant believe the challengers tonight are the best politicians the UK has to offer. What that Australian is contributing I really don't know. Ed pitches to the camera every time like a "buy me" 1970's advert. Shamefully over rehearsed. At least Farage got it right - it was a lefties night in.
FWIW Farage did much better than I've seen him before, actually trying to give proper answers - other than his awful gaffe attacking the audience. However, Ed also did quite well in the face of concerted attack, especially his spat with Sturgeon on possible coalitions. Even though I don't like what Labour stand for or Milliband's personal views, I've gained some respect for his ability to stand up for himself.
The other two women are such bit-players that they can't be seen in the same light.
I thought it was quite entertaining overall. Felt a bit sorry for Farage all alone on the far right, felt the "let's all gang up and keep the Tories out" was pretty unsporting. And Dimbleby was far better at guiding the debate than the ITV one.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

I wonder if Cameron will give in and debate Milliband? I think Cameron could score points if he said "fine, come down the pub and let a film crew record it".Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment
