Read a science fiction story decades ago about a society with real democracy. Voters could go into booths at any time and press buttons to rate performance of politicians who all had explosive collars round their necks. If sufficient voters voted negatively their heads blew off.
Seemed far fetched at the time but the technology certainly exists today. We should implement it immediately.bloggoth
