He will put it on a C card and pay 600 pcm for 200 years and repay more than his shop will be worth. !Comment

Take a loan against the property. The problem is I want the property quick. If I have to get a commercial loan that will take another 6-8 weeks. If I buy it first for cash it will be mine in two weeks, then I can be trading for November, as opposed to missing the xmas trade.

If you had a super balance transfer card (eg egg money) you could transfer a balance to it (from another card, don't capital 1 do 25k 0% cards now? ) and transfer that into your bank account.Comment
