Went 1st class the other day & found myself having to stand in the inter carriage area because there were no seats left

I'm pushing for a refund for the difference between a 1st class & standard class ticket.

Presuming you are a male, you stand up while taking a leak.

What is the guarantee that they won't send you an invoice for using their on board toilets and cancel the fare out?
