It's not like these sort of appearances mean you're qualified to tell millions of other people how they should live their lives. I don't like Cameron, but he's less of a walking disaster than Miliband. They're both deceitful. So not much of a choice.

Beware of Labour politicians with "visions"Originally posted by TestMangler View Postallowed him to push his 'vision'.How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't thinkComment

Sadly two ******* doesn't make for mass debating...
Did Cameron wear his t-shirt?

I don't consider myself a Cameron supporter as such but there can be no doubt this last period of government has been successful.
The economic progress this government has made cannot be underestimated.Comment

Was it a second kitchen allowance for MPs ?Originally posted by TestMangler View PostSo did Cameron. If anything, Paxman was less brutal with Milliband and let him off the hook about details and allowed him to push his 'vision'.Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.
No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.Comment

Yeah, but IIRC, you thought Scotland would vote for Independence, so your track record is pretty toxic!!Originally posted by Unix View PostGeek vs PR man, who do you trust.
I would trust the Geek, they invented all the good things.

Paxo with all his sneering and smugness was unbearable. I couldn't cope with much of that. I watched a bit of each of them with the audience; politics aside I can't understand why anybody would vote for Ed Milliband. Will work inside IR35. Or for food.Comment

No it was probably a second kitchen allowance for 'hard working families' but with opportunity for ALL to achieve a second kitchen. Jeremy, I want this country to be a place where hard work is rewarded, everyone has the chance to succeed and above all everyone is treated fairly etc etc etc. The only thing that is missing is how this will be achieved. I would have expected a seasoned pro like Paxman to cut Millipede short on the wanky rhetoric and ask him to detail all these savings he was going to make without spending the 'mansion tax' a hundred times.Originally posted by MicrosoftBob View PostWas it a second kitchen allowance for MPs ?When freedom comes along, don't PISH in the water supply.....Comment
