    After the Easter price drop comes, the summer doldrums, followed by the Autumn blues, and then it gets quiet over Critsmas.... but that's normal for the early part of the century and should perk-up towards the middle of the century.

    Even a 50% price drop will look like a small blip by 2050.

      The government, seasonally adjusted house price index, shows the -0.8% fall was infact a 37.2% increase.

                    ere, that "paddys not at work today" thing was disproved on that Mythbusters program on Discovery the other night......ahhh synchronicity!......They also proved that you can safely wee on an electrified rail track without yer todger bursting into flames too.
