        The Euro project is a classic case of the cost of failure being unacceptably high. After all the moaning is done a deal will be arrived at.

                True. That's the period when I first realised what Alan Walters had been talking about.

                1992 should have been enlightening for everyone promoting a single currency.

                But it wasn't, the mutton-heads won the day, and now we have that crock of sh1te skewing economies and decision-making across Europe.

                      They promised to stand up to Germany to get elected. Then changed policy.

                      Having said that, the only way for Greece to end austerity is to leave the Euro. Amazing the citizens cannot see that.
