If Lent puts out, then Lent I do...I was an IPSE Consultative Council Member, until the BoD abolished it. I am not an IPSE Member, since they have no longer have any relevance to me, as an IT Contractor. Read my lips...I recommend QDOS for ALL your Insurance requirements (Contact me for a referral code).Comment

I eat the pancakes or something. Does that count?"Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience". Mark TwainComment

Can't be bothered.
Had to when I was younger.
The only reason I vaguely know when lent is , is due to earmarking pancake Tuesday in the calendar.
Didn't like ash Wednesday as you ended up with a black mark on your forehead which you weren't allowed to wash off.Comment

I don't do god, unless it involves eating chocolate or getting drunk under the pretence of having a holidaySocialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.
No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.Comment

Gave up sweets/biscuits/cakes/sugar last Lent. As it happens, never started them again.
Incidentally, needs to be a vote for "sometimes".Comment

Yes.
I'm giving up this ridiculous teetotal health binge that I've been on since January 1.
May even do it for more than 40 days
