I got overtaken on the M40 by a young Asian man in a Merc with J1HAD. I did wonder at the time whether this meant he got pulled over all the time.

I was going to mention that plate.

At the time that number would normally have been issued there was great play in the press that DVLC said this particular number would never be issued.
