I've been working on my mixed drinks but I'm in Dry January at the moment so can only chat about it.

I'm a gin martini drinker mostly these days and I go heavy on the vermouth.

I start with a base of 4/1 Hendricks/Noilly then add either 1 St Germain or 1 Aperol with orange bitters. Trick is not to over shake otherwise it all gets too diluted. I freeze all my martini glasses first.

What Vodka do you use?

Mostly a vodka martini gal.

I use Snow Leopard vodka for martinis or Grey goose, I prefer Chase, but you can't get it over here.

I stir rather than shake.
