    Graduate Joiner - WWYD ?

Balls - found out this week that we have one of those clever jumped up graduate types joining our team on Monday and I have been asked to take him under my wing and pass on the benefit of my x number years of specialist knowledge.

Problem is other than the principle of doing this, is that I am busy enough as it is with my own workload - any tips on how to handle ??

Well, I shagged the graduate we had on the team at last clientco. She definately got the benefit of my years of specialist knowledge. Maybe this chap will be that way inclined?

If not, take him to the pub at lunchtime and get him rat arsed, then send him along to the CIO with 'those files you asked for'. Should get the pesky fecker off your case.

You aren't a permie to train someone up. Either ask for more money or get the clever lad to make tea from beer.

Me too. I thought it was a rant about 'degrees' in woodwork. Only a matter of time I suppose....
