      Population Ethiopia in 1984 was 42.6 million. Population in 2014 is 96.5 million. Unless they address unsustainable population growth they are doomed to have more of these crises.

              Careful about getting facts like that out, it's absurdly easy to be accused of racism when you point out that certain parts of the world have rampant population growth that vastly outstrips the resources. Natures approach to dealing with that is population collapse via famine, as humans we head that off of course....
